NO KINGS

In America, we don’t put up with would-be kings. NO KINGS is a national day of action and mass mobilization in response to increasing authoritarian excesses and corruption from Trump and his allies. We’ve watched as they’ve cracked down on free speech, detained people for their political views, threatened to deport American citizens, and defied the courts. They’ve done this all while continuing to serve and enrich their billionaire allies.

🚨On Saturday, June 14, we’re taking to the streets nationwide. We’re not gathering to feed his ego. We’re building a movement that leaves him behind.🚨

The flag doesn’t belong to Donald Trump. It belongs to us. We’re not watching history happen. We’re making it.

On June 14th, we’re showing up everywhere he isn’t—to say no thrones, no crowns, no kings. Check out nokings.org for more information.

A core principle behind all No Kings events is a commitment to nonviolent action. We expect all participants to seek to de-escalate any potential confrontation with those who disagree with our values.

About this event

Organized by Intown Women’s Resistance & Indivisible Atlanta

🎬 MAKE AMERICA HEALTHY AGAIN A horror story we never thought we'd see again: 🪦 Death by Measles 🪦 Death by HIV 🪦 Death by Bird Flu

📉 The CDC is being gutted. 🧪 Scientists are being silenced. 💀 Eradicated diseases are poised for a comeback — all thanks to extremist budget cuts and conspiracy-peddling chaos agents like RFK Jr. and Donald Trump.

On May 27 from 4:30–5:30pm, join us for a DIE-IN at the CDC — to mourn what we’ve lost and demand real public health leadership before more lives are lost.

📍 Clifton Road (between the main CDC entrance and Houston Mill Rd) 🎭 Bring signs, tombstones, and costumes — the more dramatic, the better.

This is not satire. This is survival.

Death of Democracy: A Die-In Demonstration

About this event

50501 Georgia Presents: Death of a Democracy, a Die-In Demonstration.

Earthly beloveds, we gather at Oak Hill at Piedmont Park on Sunday, May 18th to mourn the loss of our rights and freedoms.

The sickness has been a long time coming but seemed to get here all at once. The dying happened quickly, just a short miserable few months. Civil liberties always seemed to be hemmoraging so that one came as no surprise. But basic human rights for all quickly crippled before our eyes. The rule of law was one we thought was strong enough to persevere, yet as they bought out congress, the dying growing ever near. Due Process was halted by security as it bled out in the door. But once they come for healthcare, even the privileged can hide no more. The media came to film the parade of clowns driving the ambulance. Yet instead of sirens blaring out, twas lies from trump, and musk, and vance. And now the time is near my friends, times almost running out... And now we rise to show them all, what freedom's really all about!

Join us in solidarity as we mourn the future that donald wants. To show that there will be no dearly departed for the billionaires to celebrate. Rise with us in unity as we demand justice and accountability.

The procession starts at 1:00PM at Oak Hill at piedmont park. Any one can participate by dressing in your best funeral gear or death and dying makeup and make a 'death to...' tombstone instead of the traditional protest sign. See below for ideas! Wear sunscreen and bring cash to use our cemetery photo booth and donate to the organization 50501 Georgia, Inc. and help further our goals of reinstating the Constitution and hold corrupt official accountable. DONT FORGET YOUR REUSABLE WATER BOTTLE, pretty please :) although waters and snacks will be available complements of our badass volunteers. Speakers for the event are Nora Pullen, Jessica Blinkhorn, and Dr. Queen Porchse Miller.

1:00PM-3:00PM: Die-in and protest 3:00PM-4:00PM: 50501 Georgia Peoples council meeting (50501 volunteers and anyone interested in volunteering). 4:00PM-6:00PM: unwind at Atlanta Streets Alive.

Parking at the botanical garden parking garage, public parking deck north, and street parking.

May Day Strong

We are demanding a country that puts our families over their fortunes—public schools over private profits, healthcare over hedge funds, housing over homelessness.

Musk, Trump and their fellow profiteers are trying to create a race to the bottom—on wages, on benefits, on dignity itself. They want to erase labor rights, break our unions, and silence immigrant voices.
